Located at the corner of Mount Street and Carlos Place, The Connaught is situated at the very heart of fashionable Mayfair Village. The Connaught has recently undergone a multi-million pound restoration and renovation programme which has brought together some of the world's finest designers and artisans.
We were responsible for the hand French Polishing of the extensive areas of original mahogany on the ground floor including the grande entrance, reception and concierge desks. We were also able to incorporate new pieces of mahogany into the existing design by using traditional staining and polishing techniques. In addition, we worked with designers to modernise the famous Coburg Bar by finishing the bar itself along with the original fire place in a striking black satin lacquer.
